robbins-elementaryThe IBM Mentor Place Program at Robbins Elementary school is a volunteer mentoring program that matches IBM employees with fifth grade students in online e-mentoring relationships.

The program is:

  • Career Guidance
  • Caring adult professionals

Program Goals

  • Support student learning
  • Help students understand the link between school and work
  • Provide students with IBM role models and caring adult professionals
  • Enable IBM employees to volunteer their time and skills in a convenient and meaningful way
