IBM Mentor Place
Background
The IBM Mentor Place Program at Robbins Elementary school is a volunteer mentoring program that matches IBM employees with fifth grade students in online e-mentoring relationships.
The program is:

- Caring adult professionals
Program Goals
- Support student learning
- Help students understand the link between school and work
- Provide students with IBM role models and caring adult professionals
- Enable IBM employees to volunteer their time and skills in a convenient and meaningful way
